This centralized agency ensures a single point of contact for communities, greater coordination of provincial resources, and contributes to safer communities across Saskatchewan.\nThe Opportunity:\nThe SPSA is seeking a Learning Technology and Data Analyst within the Human Resources Safety and Training branch. This is a temporary full-time position with a term of nine months or more. This role is critical in advancing the Agency’s learning and development initiatives by leveraging technology and data / data analysis to deliver effective, innovative training solutions. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise in learning technologies, dashboard design, and data reporting, ensuring high-quality, data-informed learning support that improves decision-making across the Agency.\n Analyze and translate data into dashboards and reports.\nBuild and maintain dashboards and data tools to support leadership decision-making.\nProvide technical support for integrating dashboards.\nMaintain and monitor training databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.\nConduct internal needs assessments, research Learning management systems, and perform trend analysis to support continuous improvement of learning programs and reporting practices. systems.\nCollaborate with subject matter experts and internal partners to support the design and development of engaging online and blended learning solutions using multimedia tools and instructional design best practices.\nDevelop interactive online modules and multimedia content (graphics, video, audio) using e-learning software; including the conversion of existing training materials. \nCreate surveys and evaluations to measure learning effectiveness.\nPrepare training manuals, field.\nExperience in E-Learning Development or Adult Education would be an asset.\nTwo or more years of experience in information technology and data analysis.\nProficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel for dashboard development.\nExperience with Oracle and SQL data warehousing, integration, and visualization.\nKnowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and e-learning platforms.\nStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management, and communication skills.\nValid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 15% of the time.\nJob
