You'll own demand forecasting, purchase order management, and supplier relationships - working closely with the Head of Inventory & Supply Growth to keep our global stock flowing smoothly across channels and markets.\nThis is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll be the person who spots a stock risk before it becomes a problem, chases a supplier before a deadline slips, and keeps our inventory data clean and actionable.\nWhat You'll Do\nDemand Planning\nBuild and maintain demand forecasts across SKUs and markets, using sales data, seasonality, and promotional calendars\nMonitor stock levels daily and flag risks - low stock, overstock, and slow movers - before they become expensive problems\nWork with the e-commerce and sales teams to factor in campaigns, launches, and market trends into forecasting\nPurchasing & Order Management\nRaise and manage purchase orders from creation through to goods receipt\nTrack lead times, shipment progress, and delivery confirmations - following up proactively when things slip\nMaintain accurate PO records in Odoo (or equivalent ERP) and ensure inventory data is always up to date\nSupplier Relationships\nServe as a day-to-day contact for key suppliers - building reliable working relationships\nNegotiate pricing, lead times, and minimum order quantities where appropriate\nIdentify and onboard backup suppliers to reduce single-source risk\nReporting & Process\nProduce regular inventory and purchasing reports for the Head of Inventory & Supply Growth\nIdentify inefficiencies in current processes and suggest practical improvements\nSupport audits, stock counts, and reconciliations as needed\nRequirements\nMust-haves:\n2-3 years of experience in inventory management, demand planning, procurement, or supply chain\nConfident working with ERP systems - Odoo experience is a plus, but any modern ERP is fine\nStrong Excel / Google Sheets skills - you're comfortable building and maintaining forecasting models\nDetail-oriented with good instincts for when something looks off\nClear communicator - comfortable chasing suppliers, flagging issues early, and writing concise reports\nBased in Malta and able to work from our office full-time\nNice to haves:\nExperience in consumer goods, FMCG, health, or e-commerce\nExposure to Amazon FBA inventory management or multi-channel retail\nExperience working across multiple international markets\nRight to Work - Strict Requirement\nApplicants must have full, unrestricted eligibility to live and work in Malta without any visa, sponsorship, or work permit support.
