Du bist der IT-Held, den jeder im Büro kennt und auf den sich alle verlassen.Was werde ich machen?\nEinrichtung, Konfiguration und Wartung aller Arbeitsplätze (MacBooks, Windows-PCs, Monitore, Peripheriegeräte)\nAdministration und Pflege der Netzwerkinfrastruktur (WLAN, LAN, Switches, Firewall, VPN)\nVerwaltung und Optimierung der Server-Infrastruktur (lokaler GPU-Server, NAS, Backup-Systeme)\nIT-Onboarding und -Offboarding: Einrichtung und Rücknahme von Geräten, Accounts und Zugängen\n1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für alle Mitarbeiter*innen bei Hardware- und Softwareproblemen\nVerwaltung von SaaS-Lizenzen und Benutzerkonten (Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, Shopify etc.)\nBestandsverwaltung und Beschaffung von IT-Hardware und -Zubehör\nSicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit: Endpoint-Security, Passwort-Management, Backup-Strategien\nBetreuung der Drucker, Scanner und Lager-IT (Barcode-Scanner, Label-Drucker, Pixi-WMS-Terminals)\nDokumentation der IT-Infrastruktur und Erstellung von Anleitungen für Mitarbeiter*innen\nWas sucht ihr denn?\nAbgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatikerin für Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektronikerin oder vergleichbare Qualifikation\n2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der IT-Administration oder im IT-Support\nSehr gute Kenntnisse in macOS und Windows -
