looking for an experienced Demand Planner to join our SRGM & Commercial Operations team and play a key role in shaping accurate, commercially aligned demand forecasts.\nYou’ll own the end-to-end forecasting process across channels, bringing together sales data, promotional activity, seasonal trends, new product launches and commercial insights to create reliable demand plans.\nWorking closely with Sales, Marketing, Category, SRGM, Finance, Supply and Logistics, you’ll help turn commercial plans into clear demand signals that support supply, inventory and business performance.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn the end-to-end demand forecasting process across assigned channels.\n\nDevelop and maintain forecasts covering baseline, promotional, seasonal and new product (NPD) volumes.\n\nConduct regular channel reviews to assess forecast performance, risks and opportunities.\n\nUse forecasting tools, including Blueshift, and historical sales data to improve forecast accuracy and planning efficiency.\n\nIncorporate seasonal trends, product lifecycle changes and product rationalisation plans into demand forecasts.\n\nPartner with Sales, Marketing, Category and SRGM teams to translate promotional calendars, market activity and new product launches into demand assumptions.\n\nLead the seasonal planning process and ensure forecasts are aligned with commercial commitments and supply readiness.\n\nReconcile customer contractual commitments with demand plans to support reliable supply and service delivery.\n\nAnalyse forecast accuracy and bias, including month-on-month forecast changes, and recommend corrective actions.\n\nLeverage internal and external data, including market insights and customer POS data, to strengthen forecasting assumptions.\n\nProvide demand inputs into weekly S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) forums.\n\nCommunicate and confidently explain forecast changes, particularly those affecting the locked supply horizon or creating abnormal demand scenarios.\n\nSupport decision-making during constrained supply situations by providing clear demand information and scenario inputs.\n\nWork closely with Supply Planning to ensure demand plans support inventory targets, cash flow optimisation and minimisation of obsolescence.\n\nProvide forward visibility to support procurement and production planning.\n\nWhat you'll bring\nWe’re looking for someone with strong FMCG demand planning experience who can combine analytical capability with commercial thinking and strong stakeholder management.\nYou'll ideally have:\nA tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.\n\nA successful track record working in FMCG Supply or Demand Planning.\n\nStrong understanding of the end-to-end supply chain.\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong PowerPoint capability.\n\nHigh-level systems capability and confidence working with forecasting and planning tools.\n\nStrong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.\n\nExperience with forecast accuracy, forecast bias and demand forecasting analysis.\n\nStrong planning, organisation and attention to detail.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to present to an audience.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective relationships across different functions.\n\nThe ability to influence stakeholders at different levels, even without direct authority.\n\nA proactive, resourceful and independent approach to
