solving problems and recommending smarter ways of doing things\nKeep documentation sharp and reporting clear, for both your team and your clients\nPartner with hardware and software vendors to get issues resolved fast\nA big part of this role is genuinely deep Microsoft 365 / Azure work, not just a line on a checklist.\nYou'll be hands-on across licensing, Identity, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Purview, with real room to grow your cloud administration expertise.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field\n5+ years of experience in systems and network administration\nStrong, systems-first depth in Windows Server and Linux environments, plus solid core networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS)\nExperience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)\nHands-on Microsoft 365 / Azure administration experience\nMSP or multi-client support experience is a plus, but not a dealbreaker -
