About the Role
We're a fast-growing company in the branded merchandise space, helping some of the world's top startups and corporations turn swag into a real brand-building tool. As a Sales & Customer Success Associate, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable face customers turn to as they place their first orders - and the person who sets them up to become long-term, high-value accounts.
What You'll Do
Become the go-to expert on our ordering platform for your customers.
Guide customers through live demos, walk them through ordering, and troubleshoot on the spot.
Manage your own pipeline of inbound leads, plus proactive outreach - a mix of warm follow-ups and cold calls to re-engage customers about new orders.
Own new orders from the moment they're placed through to delivery, and stay on hand for anything that comes up afterward.
Run discovery conversations to uncover what customers actually need.
Hand off your highest-potential accounts to our Account Management team as they grow.
Keep your pipeline sharp in Salesforce and Gong, and stay on top of follow-ups across calls and email.
What You'll Bring
3-4 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or order management.
Comfort working with both physical and digital products - you're not thrown off by a question about production timelines or shipping.
A confident communicator in English, comfortable leading calls and video meetings with US-based customers.
A natural relationship-builder who enjoys both inbound conversations and proactive outreach.
Comfort picking up new platforms and technology quickly.
A self-starter mindset - curious, proactive, and unafraid to ask good questions.
Someone who's energized by a fast-paced environment, not drained by it.
Basic comfort working inside a CRM system.
Nice to Have (a plus, not required)
Experience in branded merchandise or a related industry.
Hands-on Salesforce experience.
