And together, you'll build something worth being proud of.\nWhat you'll be doing\nAs our Finance Operations Specialist, you’ll be the person who ensures the smooth daily operativity of the finance team through process execution, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.\nHere's what that looks like in practice:\nProcess Automation & Scripting - Identify, develop, and implement solutions to enhance financial workflows, actively writing and maintaining Python scripts to automate routine tasks and increase daily efficiency.\n\nStrategic Support - Collaborate with the Finance Team and other stakeholders to support new projects, ensuring operational alignment with tax, accounting, and treasury guidelines.\n\nData Analysis & Engineering - Conduct detailed data analysis and reporting using programming skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze financial data for treasury process optimization.\n\nCross-functional Collaboration - Work effectively across departments (including Tech and Data teams) to ensure smooth financial workflows and clear stakeholder communication.\n\nWho we're looking for\nThis role needs someone who is a problem-solver who loves teamwork, gets things done, and is ready for real ownership.\nBackground - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\nExperience - 3+ years of hands-on experience in finance operations, accounting, or tech-driven process optimization.\n\nTechnical Proficiency - Solid, proven experience with Python and scripting applied to data manipulation, automation, or API integrations.\n\nFinancial Systems Knowledge - Good understanding of accounting principles, ERP systems, and financial process workflows to bridge finance and technology.\n\nCore Skills - Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills to handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n\nLanguage Proficiency - Fluent in English and Italian.\n\nDon't worry if you don't tick every box.
