This role is perfect for technically skilled professionals who want to grow in space systems and operations, working closely with the Operations Lead.\nWhat’s in it for you\nHands-on technical experience: Contribute directly to satellite design, subsystem analysis, and in-orbit operations.\nCross-disciplinary exposure: Collaborate with engineers, partners, and stakeholders across systems, launch, platform, and ground segments.\nGrowth and learning: Develop expertise in satellite systems engineering and operations while supporting the Operations Lead.\nFlexible working hours: Organize your schedule in a culture of autonomy and trust.\nPrivate health insurance: Access comprehensive medical coverage for you and your wellbeing.\nDynamic and collaborative environment: Join a young, multidisciplinary team driven by innovation, precision, and problem-solving.\nYour mission\nAs a Satellite Operations & Systems Engineer, you will support both the engineering and operational aspects of satellite missions:\nAs part of the Operations Team, you will:\nParticipate in the satellite operations during LEOP, commissioning, nominal mission, and end-of-life activities.\nContribute to tests in-orbit and anomaly investigations in collaboration with the satellite operations teams.\nSupport the preparation and validation of operational products such as Mission Control Software and test bench activities.\nProcess and analyze telemetry data, maintaining supporting tools and infrastructure.\nContribute to the training and operational readiness of the operations team.\nAs a Space Systems Engineer, you will:\nParticipate in the development of space missions, from early satellite/mission concepts, requirements, design, AIT, and launch.\nExecute assessments and simulations of system performance and budgets (mass, power, pointing, communication, orbital drift, etc.).\nCoordination of engineering teams for system and subsystem development projects\nContribute to proposals for new missions and projects.\nWhat will set you up for success\nBachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent; qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, Telecommunications, or Software Engineering are a plus.\n2-4 years of relevant experience in spacecraft systems or operations.\nStrong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.\nTeam spirit, versatility, and creativity.\nFluency in English;
