You should be focused on building full-cycle development experience, helping execute on all development objectives from the due diligence phase through turnover to property management and stabilization. As the Assistant Development Manager, you should be building the confidence to take the reins of a given project and take pride in its outcome. You will also represent Pontikes, LLC in a positive and professional way to all clients, consultants, and contractors. Pontikes, LLC has a deep bench of experts in finance, construction, and property management to provide support, but the Development Team is responsible for tapping into these internal and external resources as needed to make the project a success.
