The Safety Manager conducts site audits, leads safety meetings, investigates incidents, and collaborates with project teams to reinforce safe work practices. This role ensures alignment with company policies and federal, state, and local laws while driving continuous improvement in safety performance across all job sites.\nEagle Contracting has 9-10 projects in the $20-250 mil range going at all times in the great DFW area. On top of a competitive salary, we offer a vehicle allowance and gas card, annual bonuses, family benefits, and 401k.\nFor more information call Lance at 832-919-3139\nEssential Job Functions:\nConduct comprehensive site reviews and inspections to ensure adherence to OSHA standards and other regulatory requirements.\nPerform audits, review pre-task plans and permits, and ensure proper execution of safety programs on active job sites.\nProvide technical guidance and support to project managers and superintendents regarding safety-related concerns and documentation.\nVerify that all preliminary safety documentation is complete and submitted before project work begins.\nLead and present safety meetings to reinforce safe practices and communicate updates to teams.\nEvaluate safety plans, certifications, and licenses submitted by trade partners for completeness and compliance.\nEnsure the onsite safety program remains current, effective, and aligned with industry standards and evolving regulations.\nMaintain accurate safety records and coordinate communications between clients and internal teams.\nConduct and review incident and accident investigations, ensuring thorough documentation and sharing of lessons learned.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in health and safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Health, or equivalent experience\n3+ years of experience as a Safety Manager\nBilingual English/Spanish\nSatterfield and Pontikes Construction, Inc., is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
