The Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across the organization. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing sourcing strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role is in the office 4 days a week. To be successful in this role you must have experience cold calling candidates. This is not an HR/Staffing type role.
