Facilities Manager

We are hiring a Facilities Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office operations. The role will involve managing facilities, maintaining administrative records, coordinating with vendors, and providing operational support to employees and management.

Office Administration

• • Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
  • Ensure proper upkeep of office facilities and equipment.
  • Coordinate housekeeping, security, and maintenance services.

Vendor & Facility Management

• • Liaise with vendors for office-related services and procurement.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Process and maintain vendor agreements and related documentation.

Employee Support

• • Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities from an administration perspective.
  • Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and transportation for employees and visitors.
  • Support employee engagement and office events.

Documentation & Record Keeping

• • Maintain administrative records, contracts, licenses, and statutory documents.
  • Ensure proper filing and document management.
  • Prepare administrative reports and MIS as required.

Asset Management

• • Track and maintain company assets.
  • Conduct periodic asset verification.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment.

Compliance & Safety

• • Ensure compliance with office safety and security policies.
  • Support statutory inspections and audits related to administration.
  • Maintain emergency and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in administration or office management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
