To balance collaboration and flexibility, we work from the office 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday) and from home the remaining days (Monday & Friday).\nThe Role:\nAs a Senior Product Manager at Sauce Labs, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of key products within our portfolio. This role will be leading developer-tooling for AI-native product portfolio, working closely with teams and customers across multiple regions. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions that meet customer needs and support the company's overall strategy. You’ll be a key decision-maker in shaping product direction from new concepts to aligning pricing packaging, partners approach, and will mentor and guide other product managers.\nResponsibilities:\nProduct Vision & Strategy:\nDefine and communicate the product vision and long-term strategy to stakeholders and team members.\nLead market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.\nAlign product strategy with overall business goals, ensuring product efforts drive revenue and customer satisfaction.\nBe able to lead overall ROI analysis for new product initiatives including pricing and packaging\n Experience working with partners and 3rd party developer ecosystem\nProduct Roadmap Ownership:\nDevelop and manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term opportunities with long-term strategic priorities.\nPrioritise initiatives based on customer needs, market demands, and business objectives.\nMake strategic decisions about product scope, investment, and trade-offs in collaboration with senior leadership.\nProduct Development Leadership:\nWork closely with engineering, design, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.\nLead product discovery processes, including user research, market validation, and prototyping.\nDefine and document detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications for features and functionality.\nStakeholder Management & Communication:\nAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, leadership, and development teams.\nEffectively communicate product plans, status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and key stakeholders.\nChampion a customer-first mindset across the organisation, advocating for end-user needs and experiences.\nPerformance Measurement & Optimisation:\nDefine key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product success and business impact.\nLead post-launch analysis to assess performance, gather feedback, and prioritize improvements.\nUse data-driven decision-making to continuously iterate and optimize product features and customer experiences.\nTeam Leadership & Mentorship:\nMentor and guide junior product managers, sharing knowledge and providing feedback to improve their performance.\nLead cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation.\nSupport the product team in implementing best practices, refining processes, and adopting new tools or methodologies.\nRisk Management & Problem Solving:\nAnticipate risks or challenges during product development and work proactively to resolve issues.\nManage trade-offs between features, quality, and timelines to maintain a healthy balance in the product delivery process.\nEnsure products comply with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.\nRequired Skills:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).\n7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior PM role.Past Business consulting, Pricing and Packaging experience is a must have for this role. \nExperience managing AI-native technical products catering for developers, SDKs, APIs, and product integrations is a must.\nProven track record of leading successful product launches and managing complex product portfolios. \nBusiness acumen along with technical expertise to enable complete cradle to grave lifecycle management of product portfolio.\nExperience working in agile development environments and leading cross-functional teams.\nSkills:\nProduct management experience supporting Developer Tools, Observability, Analytics or Infrastructure is preferred.
