The Upstream Segment encompasses affiliates, joint ventures, and subsidiaries.\nYour primary role is to providing financial analysis, economic valuation, and decision support for new and ongoing investment or portfolio optimization transactions involves validating economic assessments, supporting transaction advisory activities, and ensuring compliance with Upstream and Corporate Investment Evaluation Guidelines.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following: -\nAssist in developing and/or validating economic assessments for business development or portfolio optimization transactions.\nSupport transaction advisory activities, including commercial development and transaction structuring.\nConduct financial analysis and prepare reports to guide investment decision-making.\nEnsure compliance with relevant guidelines, project gate requirements, and documentation standards.\nParticipate as a finance representative on project teams as required.\nEvaluate and assess the economic impact of corporate projects on Upstream business.\nProvide governance assurance through commercial and economic assessment of transaction proposals.\nMinimum requirements\nAs the successful candidate you will have: -\nA Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a recognized and approved program\nAt least 5 experiences in financial analysis preferably in the oil & gas or energy sector\nStrong analytical and quantitative skills.\nProficiency in financial modeling and economic evaluation.\nFamiliarity with investment evaluation guidelines and capital planning processes.\nWork Location and Work Schedule\nWork Location: Within Saudi Arabia - To be specified in Job offer\nWork Schedule: Full Time - To be specified in Job offer\nJob Post Duration\nJob posting start date: 02/01/2026\nJob posting end date: 12/31/2026\nWorking environment\nOur high-performing employees are drawn by the challenging and rewarding professional, technical and industrial opportunities we offer, and are remunerated accordingly.\nAt Aramco, our people work on truly world-scale projects, supported by investment in capital and technology that is second to none.
