You will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), training stakeholders, and internal partners to ensure programs are designed using evidence-based instructional practices and evaluated through robust performance metrics.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nAs the successful candidate, you will be required to perform the following:\nAnalyze learning needs and performance gaps to design effective instructional solutions.\nDesign and develop detailed instructional design documents, storyboards, scripts, and learning outlines.\nReview learning activities, curricula, and course materials that drive effective knowledge transfer and on-the-job performance.\nDefine clear instructional goals and ensure all training materials, assessments, and learning assets align with these objectives.\nCreate engaging exercises, activities, and multimedia elements that enhance learner engagement and support skill application.\nDesign and produce polished PowerPoint presentations for instructor-led and virtual training sessions.\nEvaluate programs using data, feedback, and performance metrics to recommend improvements.\nMaintain accurate project documentation, course files, and version control across DLDD systems.\nCollaborate with SMEs to translate complex information into clear, engaging learning assets.\nAssess, manage, and work with external training vendors to ensure training programs meet DLDD standards for design, development, and delivery.\nStay current with learning trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in instructional design and workforce development.\nDesign assessments, quizzes, and evaluation strategies aligned with measurable learning outcomes.\nApply adult learning principles, learning science theories, and user experience best practices to all solutions.\nConduct usability testing, gather learner feedback, and iterate designs for continuous improvement.\nEnsure learning materials meet accessibility standards and follow organizational branding.\nMinimum Requirements\nAs the successful candidate, you will have:\nA Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or program evaluation.\nStrong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design frameworks, and evaluation methodologies.\nExperience designing and developing training content aligned with learning objectives and organizational needs.\nProficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Adobe Captivate.\nFamiliarity with graphic design and multimedia tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Camtasia.\nAbility to create simple visual assets, animations, or interactive elements using tools like Canva, Vyond, or similar platforms.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted learning design tools to support efficiency and innovation in training development.\nAdvanced proficiency with PowerPoint for designing instructor-led content, visual layouts, and prototypes.\nSolid foundation in learning science and the ability to design engaging, learner-centered content across digital, instructor-led, and blended delivery formats.\nExcellent project management skills.\nSkills and Competencies\nStrong visual design skills and attention to detail.\nCreative problem-solving and solution-focused mindset.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines.\nEffective collaboration and stakeholder-management capabilities.\nAbility to simplify complex concepts and present information clearly and logically.\nWork Location and Work Schedule\nWork Location: Within Saudi Arabia - To be specified in Job offer\nWork Schedule: Full Time - To be specified in Job offer\nJob Posting Duration:\nJob posting start date: 12/10/2025\nJob posting end date: 12/31/2026\nWorking environment\nOur high-performing employees are drawn by the challenging and rewarding professional, technical and industrial opportunities we offer, and are remunerated accordingly.\nAt Aramco, our people work on truly world-scale projects, supported by investment in capital and technology that is second to none.
