This responsibility has driven us to deliver significant societal and economic benefits to not just the Kingdom, but also to a vast number of communities, economies, and countries that rely on the vital and reliable energy that we supply.\nWe are one of the most profitable companies in the world, as well as amongst the top five global companies by market capitalization.\nOverview\nWe are seeking an Instructional Designer to join the Program Development & Evaluation Division (PD&ED).\nProgram Development & Evaluation Division is responsible for providing and developing performance-basedworld-class learning solutions that sustain our evolving Saudi workforce.\nYour primary role, as an Instructional Designer is to conduct learning needs assessment, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training programs.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nAs a successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:\nPerform research and data analysis on training gaps, needs, and programs effectiveness.\nResearch on instructional design mythologies, trends, tools, and training technologies\nDesign and develop curriculum and instructional material using existing and utilizing emergingtechnologies such as: Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Mixed Reality (MR), and Artificial Intelligence (AI).\nDesign and develop assessments and other evaluation instruments on Structured tests, quizzes,interviews, and surveys for training programs.\nCollaborate with subject-matter experts, proponents, vendors, and teaching and technical staff to pilot,implement, and evaluate curricula and delivery methodologies in training centers.\nConduct train-the-trainer sessions for training delivery staff to ensure that all learning and assessmentmaterial is used effectively.\nPlan, monitor, and report on the development and execution of curriculum development, evaluation,training technology selection, and deployment projects.\nConduct site visits to training centers to provide feedback and support, and submit site visit reports.\nDevelop reports and proposals related to the future of training and evaluation programs.\nMinimum Requirements\nAs a successful candidate you will hold a:\nBachelor of Arts or Science in Education, Mathematics, Engineering, Physical Sciences, or aTechnical/Trade/Vocational discipline from an accredited university.\nMinimum of 12 years of work experience, including 5 years in Instructional Design, Teaching, or VocationalTraining.\nAbility to demonstrate experience in instructional design, including the development of classroom-basedlearning, e-learning, m-learning and blended learning solutions for a technical workforce.\nWork Location and Work Schedule\nWork Location:Within Saudi Arabia - To be specified in Job offer\nWork Schedule: Full Time - To be specified in Job offer\nJob Post Duration\nJob posting start date: 18/01/2026\nJob posting end date: 12/31/2026\nWorking environment\nOur high-performing employees are drawn by the challenging and rewarding professional, technical and industrial opportunities we offer, and are remunerated accordingly.\nAt Aramco, our people work on truly world-scale projects, supported by investment in capital and technology that is second to none.
