You will also lead the development of annual plans and budgets, including forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Your advanced analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential in identifying areas for process improvement and developing recommendations to enhance planning and performance management activities.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nAs the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:\nData Analysis: Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.\nPlanning and Budgeting: Lead the development of annual plans and budgets, including forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.\nReporting and Visualization: Create complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data insights to senior stakeholders.\nStakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including executive leaders, to understand business requirements and provide planning and performance management support.\nAd-hoc Analysis: Conduct complex ad-hoc analysis and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.\nFinancial Analysis: Perform advanced financial analysis, including financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.\nProcess Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations to enhance planning and performance management activities.\nMinimum Requirements\nAs the successful candidate you will hold: -\na Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field.\nYou will have 5 years of experience in planning, performance management, or a related field.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\nExperience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, and ability to develop complex dashboards and reports.\nAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets and develop predictive models.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to senior stakeholders.\nCertification: Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or other related certification preferred.\nWork Location and Work Schedule\nWork Location: Within Saudi Arabia - To be specified in Job offer\nWork Schedule: Full Time - To be specified in Job offer\nJob Post Duration\nJob posting start date: 02/02/2026\nJob posting end date: 12/31/2026\nWorking environment\nOur high-performing employees are drawn by the challenging and rewarding professional, technical and industrial opportunities we offer, and are remunerated accordingly.\nAt Aramco, our people work on truly world-scale projects, supported by investment in capital and technology that is second to none.
