The programs include a range of objectives such as leadership, communication, finance, and business negotiations.\nYour primary role is to serve as a liaison between Aramco participants the contracted universities, and vendors to ensure all programs are conducted to the pristine standards of Aramco’s development journeys. Light travel requirements are expected in and out of the Kingdom.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nAs the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:\nDesigning and Delivering Learning Content - Conduct training programs, both in-person and virtually, ensuring engaging and structured delivery that aligns with adult learning principles and developmental objectives.\nCurriculum Development & Innovation - Collaborate with learning professionals to develop and enhance course materials, integrating modern training aids and digital tools to keep content current and impactful.\nProgram Management Excellence - Oversee the full lifecycle of development programs, ensuring timely execution, adherence to budget, and alignment with business and leadership development goals.\nStakeholder Engagement & Communication - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, sponsors, and participants, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.\nTeam Collaboration & Leadership - Lead and support project teams, setting clear expectations, facilitating collaboration, and providing feedback to ensure high-performance outcomes.\nContinuous Improvement & Evaluation - Conduct needs analyses, develop evaluation plans, and implement metrics to assess program impact and guide iterative improvements.\nRisk and Compliance Management - Proactively manage program risks, maintain compliance with company policies, and ensure accountability during audits or reviews.\nCultural Alignment & Advisory Support - Guide learning partners on Aramco’s culture and values to ensure relevance and application of leadership development solutions.\nParticipant Engagement & Support - Build rapport with participants, understand feedback in context, and ensure a high-quality learning experience throughout the program.\nOperational Oversight & Coordination - Manage logistical aspects including scheduling, field training support, onboarding of new cohorts, and coordination with administrative teams.\nMinimum Requirements\nAs the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor degree in business.\nMaster degree is preferred in education or any related field.\nHave 6 to 10 years of experience in leadership programs, program management, project management, and/or curriculum development.\nHave experience facilitating both in-person and virtual workshops.\nHave experience using emerging learning technologies to enhance the learning environment.\nAble to prepare a training classroom environment as well as conduct and evaluate courses.\nHave strong ability to develop and maintain relationships at different levels within the organization and expert ability to effectively manage a classroom environment during training.\nAdditional Skills:\nHave experience using multiple virtual delivery platforms and their tools.\nHave experience using engaging tools and technologies in a learning environment, including content creation on these mediums.
