In addition, PPMD coordinates Maintain potential projects as the proponent representative.\nYour primary role is to develop, maintain, and monitor projects schedules to ensure effective planning, resource coordination, progress tracking, and timely project execution. The role supports project management teams in identifying schedule risks, analyzing deviations, and recommend corrective actions to achieve project milestones and objectives.\nKey responsibilities\nAs the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, including baseline schedules, milestones, and key deliverables that enables subsequent reporting in Saudi Aramco systems.\nMonitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays or deviations. \nPerform critical path analysis and identify schedule constraints and potential bottlenecks.\nEnsure timely communication of schedule risks, issues, and required interventions.\nEnsure accuracy and integrity of scheduling data and reporting. \nWork with construction team in preparing, reviewing and/or approving the project schedule and ensure the project is on track by utilizing schedule monitoring tools.\nDevelop, implement, and maintain standardized planning and control procedures, guidelines and reporting requirements.\nOversees the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly project progress reports, look-ahead plans, progress curves, and manpower histograms. \nMinimum Requirements\nAs the successful candidate you will have:\nYou will hold Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline from a recognized and approved program.\nMinimum of 15 years of experience with advance knowledge in scheduling engineering and project management, obtainable usually through a combination of experience and continuing education, preferably in oil and gas facility. \nShould perform the development of baseline critical path schedules and progress measurement systems in order to plan, update, track, analyze schedule risk and report work performance for all phases of the project.\nProficiency in scheduling tools such as; Primavera.\nHold Project Management Professional (PMP), Scheduling Professional (SP) Certification, or equivalent. \nStrong analytical, communication, and reporting skills. \nWork Location and Work Schedule\nWork location: Within Saudi Arabia - To be specified in Job offer\nWork schedule: Full Time - To be specified in Job offer\nJob Posting Duration\nJob posting start date: 10/27/2026\nJob posting end date: 10/27/2027\nWorking environment\nOur high-performing employees are drawn by the challenging and rewarding professional, technical and industrial opportunities we offer, and are remunerated accordingly.\nAt Aramco, our people work on truly world-scale projects, supported by investment in capital and technology that is second to none.
