The manager will optimize inventory levels for critical chemicals and spare parts to support continuous the company operations. It requires a disciplined approach to vendor management and risk mitigation in a highly regulated environment.\nThe Supply Chain Manager will report directly to the CEO and will play a key role in safeguarding the integrity of our material flows. This position drives efficiency in sourcing and logistics while maintaining strict adherence to anti-money-laundering and due diligence protocols.\nKey Responsibilities\nThe Supply Chain Manager will execute the following responsibilities:\nStrategic Sourcing\nThe role develops and implements sourcing strategies for dore bars and industrial chemicals to ensure cost-effective and reliable supply.\nSecure Logistics\nThis position manages armored transport contracts and coordinates with Saudi Customs for the import and export of high-value goods.\nInventory Control\nThe manager oversees monthly reconciliations of precious metal inventories and optimizes stock levels for maintenance spares.\nVendor Management\nThis position evaluates supplier performance and conducts audits to verify ethical sourcing and financial stability.\nProcess Optimization\nThe manager implements digital tracking tools to enhance visibility and traceability across the entire supply chain.\nTeam Leadership\nThe role leads the supply chain team by setting clear performance goals and providing technical training on compliance protocols.\nRisk Mitigation\nThis position identifies potential supply disruptions and develops contingency plans to maintain operational continuity.\nQualifications\n Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering is required.\n Ten years of supply chain experience in mining, construction or heavy industry is mandatory.\n Proven expertise in managing secure logistics for high-value commodities is essential.\n Strong knowledge of Saudi Customs regulations and international trade laws is required.\n Experience with ERP systems for inventory and procurement management is necessary.\n Fluency in English is required for global supplier negotiations.\n Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a 24/7 industrial environment is expected.\nPreferred / Nice-to-have\n Master's degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration.\n CSCP or CPIM certification from ASCM.\n Proficiency in Arabic for local stakeholder engagement.\nSuccess Metrics\n Monthly inventory reconciliation accuracy exceeds 98%.\n Procurement lead times for critical chemicals decrease by 15%.\n Implementation of end-to-end digital tracking for metal flows.\n Five percent cost reduction in indirect material spend.\n Qualified backup suppliers established for all critical inputs.\n Full compliance with KYC and AML checks for all new vendors.\nEqual Opportunity Statement:\nSaudi Gold Refinery welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
