A Maintenance Mechanic will usually be required to perform a wide range of repair tasks around the facility.\nKey Duties and Responsibilities\nKnowledge and proper use of tools; a wide range of knowledge with power tools and hand tools\nProficient with pneumatics, hydraulics, and or electrical trouble shooting\nRead and interpret diagrams, blueprints.\nKnowledge of gearboxes, conveyors, chains, pumps, and agitator systems\nAssist in other mechanical duties as required.\nComplete any and all tasks given by department management.\nComplete any and all documentation associated with the task given.\nKnowledge and proper techniques for Preventive Maintenance task\n\nWhat We Are Looking For: Characteristics, skills, experience, education, and performance history needed for success in the position:\nMust be willing and able to frequently stand, walk, push, pull, kneel, and reach.\nAble to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable assistance.\nMust demonstrate excellent job performance in productivity, quality, safety, and attendance.\nTime management skills\nWilling to learn the process from the ground up and able to work in a team environment.\nExcellent Organizational and documentation skills\nOutgoing personality and good customer service skills\nMust be able to work well without supervision and within a team environment\nDisplay a positive and strong work ethic\nFlexible schedule with overtime\nMust be able to respond to after-hours calls for breakdowns when needed\n\nWhat Is In It For You?
