The successful candidate will be able to minimize line downtime, increase efficiency, improve process consistency and drive SOP compliance while ensuring production goals are achieved safely and efficiently. The Production Supervisor will manage employee absences and performance issues, execute special projects and initiatives as assigned, accept safety as a condition, and support plant operations.
