Communicate clearly with others in processing and support positions.\nSafely operate pallet jack to move materials.\nPerform area-wide and system cleaning (5s) to meet Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) expectations.\nAdhere to all safety, operating, Safe Quality Food (SQF), and GMP procedures/policies.\n\nThe Ideal Candidate Will have:\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED).or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nPrior Machine Operator experience.\nManufacturing Experience in food a plus.\n\nSuccessful Attributes:\nInitiative to organize and accurately perform all job functions \nAbility to effectively work at line speeds in accordance with company production standards.\nCurious, with desire to continuously learn and to support continuous improvement.\nPossesses a strong attention to detail.\nSelf-starter with the capacity to work with minimal supervision as well as work as part of a team.\nCan easily adapt to change in the work environment.\n\nPhysical Attributes:\nAbility to lift up to 30 lbs\nAbility to regularly stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. \nRead and interpret documents.\n\nWhat Is In It For You?
