Join our team #MissionWater.\nJob Summary\nThe Meter Reader is responsible for performing meter readings, replacing defective meters, and ensuring the conformity of water connections in accordance with service commitments and safety regulations. The role combines technical fieldwork with customer interaction, contributing to accurate billing, water network monitoring, and overall customer satisfaction. Your Main Responsabilities\nHonorer les rendez-vous pour renseigner, conseiller et traiter les réclamations des clients. \nAssurer les ouvertures et fermetures de branchements dans le cadre des mutations clients. \nProcéder au recouvrement des impayés et accompagner les clients en difficulté financière. \nSignaler tout événement concernant la gestion des clients, comme les départs, les problèmes financiers ou les problèmes de qualité de l’eau. \nEffectuer les petites réparations sur les branchements du client, telles que les changements de joints ou de robinets d’arrêt. \nRéaliser les métrés pour les nouvelles installations ou les ajustements des branchements. \nEffectuer le renouvellement des compteurs et garantir leur bon fonctionnement. \nRéaliser les relevés de compteurs d’eau et assurer la saisie des données via des terminaux portables. \nContrôler la conformité des installations, notamment les raccordements d’assainissement, le jaugeage des branchements et la résiliation des branchements. \nEffectuer des relevés d’index et des interventions de conformité des réseaux. \nAppliquer et faire appliquer les règles de sécurité en vigueur (sécurité routière, risques professionnels). \nSaisir les comptes rendus d'intervention et mettre à jour les dossiers clients. \nSpécificités Télérelève : Installer les modules de télérelève, vérifier la connexion et le bon fonctionnement des compteurs télérelèves.
