Join our team #MissionWater.\nJob Summary\nThe Meter Reader is responsible for performing meter readings, replacing defective meters, and ensuring the conformity of water connections in accordance with service commitments and safety regulations. The role combines technical fieldwork with customer interaction, contributing to accurate billing, water network monitoring, and overall customer satisfaction. Your Main Responsabilities\nContexte/Environnement : Vous intégrez une équipe de 9 collaborateurs pilotée et animée par Jean-Christophe, Chef de Secteur. En qualité d'Agent Clientèle, vous contribuerez à garantir la qualité du service public d’eau potable et d’assainissement, en intervenant pour le compte de nos abonné(e)s/usager(s) ainsi que sur les réseaux de distribution d’eau potable et de collecte des eaux usées :\nRéaliser les relevés et le renouvellement des compteurs d’eau, tout en assurant la saisie et le suivi des données à l’aide de terminaux portables.\nContrôler la conformité des installations et des branchements d’assainissement, réaliser les tests nécessaires et rédiger les rapports associés.\nEffectuer les contrôles liés aux résiliations de branchements et aux opérations de jaugeage.\nIdentifier et intervenir sur les dysfonctionnements courants tels que les fuites sur robinetteries d’arrêt et compteurs.\nSpécificités liées à la télérelève :\nInstaller et mettre en service les modules de télérelève.\nContrôler la qualité des connexions et le bon fonctionnement des équipements.\nDétecter et analyser les anomalies éventuelles (fuites, surconsommations, défauts de transmission).\nAssurer le suivi et la gestion à distance des relevés d’index des compteurs.\nYour Profile\nFormation académique / professionnelle : Diplôme de niveau Bac à Bac +2 en hydraulique, gestion de l'eau ou domaines connexes.\nExpérience professionnelle pertinente : Une expérience préalable en gestion de la relation client ou dans un poste technique de terrain est recommandée.
