Join our team #MissionWater.\nJob Summary\nThe Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the entire procurement process of the entity, from the expression of need to supplier payment. They ensures compliance with current purchasing policies and contractual deadlines, while contributing to cost optimization, quality assurance, and on-time delivery.Your Main Responsabilities\nEn tant qu’Approvisionneur, vous assurez la gestion des approvisionnements, depuis l’expression du besoin jusqu’au paiement du fournisseur. Vous veillez au respect des politiques achats, des coûts, de la qualité et des délais, tout en garantissant la disponibilité des matériels nécessaires aux équipes.\nÀ ce titre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :\nAnalyser les besoins d’approvisionnement exprimés par les équipes opérationnelles et proposer les solutions adaptées ;\nRédiger les demandes d’achat et s’assurer de l’obtention des validations nécessaires ;\nPasser et suivre les commandes auprès des fournisseurs, en veillant au respect des délais de livraison ;\nAnticiper les besoins en tenant compte des consommations prévisionnelles et des niveaux de stock ;\nAssurer le réapprovisionnement du magasin central et des magasins secondaires ;\nDéfinir et suivre les seuils de réapprovisionnement et les stocks de sécurité ;\nOptimiser les niveaux de stock afin de limiter les risques de rupture ou de surstock ;\nTraiter les anomalies et litiges liés aux commandes, aux livraisons ou aux factures, en lien avec les fournisseurs et les équipes Finance/Comptabilité ;\nParticiper aux inventaires de stocks ;\nContribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus d’approvisionnement, notamment du processus Procure-to-Pay (P2P).\nYour Profile\nDiplômes / Formation : Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un Bac+2/3 en logistique, approvisionnement, gestion des achats ou équivalent.\nExpérience professionnelle : Vous justifiez idéalement d’une première expérience réussie en approvisionnement ou gestion des stocks.
