Join our team #MissionWater.\nJob Summary\nThe Construction Equipment Operator is responsible for driving and operating various construction machinery to carry out transportation, earthmoving, and excavation operations. They ensures the loading, delivery, and securing of materials on site, while strictly complying with safety regulations. The operator is also responsible for the basic maintenance of equipment, collaborates closely with site teams, and ensures that operations are performed in compliance with plans and applicable regulations.Your Main Responsabilities\nOperate and maneuvervarious typesof construction machinery (e.g., mini-excavator, loader, dump trucks).\n\nTransport, deliver, and unload materials and equipment on construction sites, ensuring compliance with deadlines and safety standards.\n\nCarry out earthworks, excavation, leveling, and handling of loads independently, in coordination with the pipeline works agent.\n\nCollect materials from the depot or suppliers, verifying both quantity and quality.\n\nEnsure proper securing of transported materials (straps, tarpaulins, chocks) and balance loads tomaintainstability during transport.\n\nOrganize and secure the storage of materials on site.\n\nRead and interpret plans and technical documents to adapt operations according to soil type, slope, and site-specific risks.\n\nActivelyparticipatein trenching works, provide logistical support to field teams, andassistwith the assembly/disassembly of construction site installations.\n\nTravel to other worksites to provide support to teams whenrequired.\n\nPerform first-level maintenance and ensure vehicles and equipment are kept clean and in good working order.\n\nDepending on context: prepare regular reports on work progress and incidents, and coordinate with site teamsregardingequipment monitoring.\n\nThis position requires strongproficiencyin operating heavy vehicles and using transport management tools, as well as a solid knowledge of construction materials, site equipment, and backfilling techniques.
