They design and implement concrete actions to combat discrimination, raise awareness among teams, and foster the integration of all profiles. They work closely with human resources, managers, and external partners to ensure compliance with social and regulatory commitments. Their role is strategic, operational, and educational.Your Main Responsabilities\nAccompagner la Directrice du Développement RH dans la structuration et le déploiement d’une politique diversité principalement sur deux volets :\nParticiper au déploiement d’un plan d’actions en faveur de l’inclusion des personnes en situation de handicap :\nFavoriser le recrutement de personnes en situation de handicap\nCommuniquer et organiser des actions de sensibilisation\nDévelopper les réseaux partenaires (forums, ESAT, sourcing…)\nCo-construire et Co-animer un réseau de référents handicap\nSuivre le budget du service et réaliser un reporting des actions menées et de leurs résultats\nAccompagnement des collaborateurs dans les démarches de dépôt de RQTH\nParticiper au déploiement d’un plan d’actions en faveur de l’égalité professionnelle et de la mixité :\nTravailler sur les leviers favorisant la mixité et la diversité au travail\nProposer des actions au niveau du Groupe avec les associations œuvrant pour la mixité\nAnimer notre Réseau Elleau Saur, qui a pour mission de promouvoir et faciliter la mixité femmes-hommes\nSensibiliser les Managers et l’ensemble des collaborateurs via la mise en œuvre d’actions de communication / de formation / d’accompagnement… dans le but de développer en permanence, un environnement de travail ouvert et bienveillant\nLe poste nécessite d’être créatif, curieux, d’avoir des facilités relationnelles et rédactionnelles ainsi que d’être ouverte aux autres, être force de proposition, organisé et à l’écoute, être à l’aise avec les outils informatiques et les réseaux sociaux, avec de bonnes notions d’anglais.
