Learn more at www.savagearms.com.\nThe Art Of Craftsmanship’ video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5mIrF9OtAbA\nPRIMARY OBJECTIVE: Under minimal supervision perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine preventative maintenance for mechanical and electrical systems on all types of CNC machinery and equipment.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nMust be familiar with Fanuc, Okuma, Mitsubishi controls\nMust be familiar with ball screw installations, spindle-rebuilds, encoder and servo equipment\nHave an extensive understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics to effectively solve issues with electrical and mechanical components\nPerform preventive maintenance including geometry checks and run-outs adjustments on multiple axis machines\nUtilize machine tool manuals, technical documents to research and repair machine issues\nObserve safety rules and safe work habits, observe proper procedures to ensure quality work. Detects and reports any unusual or defective conditions.\nMust be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.\nMaintain a clean and orderly work area. May train or instruct others how to perform this job. May perform other related duties as assigned.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh school diploma or GED.
