(e.g., operations, production, maintenance) to implement new processes or improve existing ones\n\nConduct time studies and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement\n\nCreate and manage documentation related to process improvements, equipment specifications, and compliance standards\n\nAssist in the development and implementation of cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives\n\nContribute to capacity planning, resource allocation, and production scheduling to meet operational goals\n\nAssist with the development of performance metrics and KPIs to track improvements and report on project status\n\nRequirements\nBachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field\n\n5+ years of relevant industrial engineering experience, ideally within manufacturing or operational environments\n\nCertification in ECSA (Engineering Council of South Africa) or equivalent\n\nProficiency in process design, optimization, and production planning\n\nKnowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex production and operational issues\n\nProficient in using engineering tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ERP systems\n\nExperience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, MATLAB, etc.) for performance tracking and reporting\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with a focus
