In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance test scenarios to ensure our systems meet the desired performance benchmarks. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and DevOps to identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and develop performance test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios based on business requirements.\n\nExecute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.\n\nAnalyze test results and provide detailed performance reports.\n\nCollaborate with development and operations teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.\n\nMaintain and enhance existing performance test suites.\n\nSimulate multiple user interactions with complex systems to evaluate performance under various conditions.\n\nEnsure test environments are correctly configured and mirror production where possible.\n\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).\n\nKey Requirements:\nExperience:\n3-5 years of experience in software testing with at least 2 years in performance testing.\n\nExperience using performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar.\n\nFamiliarity with APM tools like New Relic, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.\n\nUnderstanding of system architecture including APIs, databases, and web services.\n\nExperience testing in CI/CD environments and integrating performance tests into pipelines.\n\nSkills:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nProficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or Groovy).\n\nBasic knowledge of SQL and experience querying databases.\n\nGood communication and documentation skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nISTQB or equivalent software testing certification.\n\nExposure to cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n\nExperience in Agile/Scrum development environments.\n\nKnowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a
