You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by designing, implementing, and executing test plans. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of software testing principles, automation frameworks, and defect tracking processes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated).\nIdentify, document, and track software defects using a defect management tool.\nCollaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality software releases.\nConduct regression, performance, functional, and user acceptance testing (UAT).\nImplement and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.\nAnalyze test results, identify patterns, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.\nEnsure compliance with QA best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.\nParticipate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospective meetings in an Agile environment.\nKey Requirements:\nExperience: 3+ years in software testing, with a focus on both manual and automated testing.\nTechnical Skills:\nStrong knowledge of QA methodologies, test plans, and debugging techniques.\nExperience with automation testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).\nProficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar).\nFamiliarity with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).\nUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, Jenkins, or similar).Soft Skills:\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nDetail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality software.\nNice to Have:\nExperience in performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner).\nKnowledge of security testing best practices.\nExperience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure,
