goals.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate and manage end-to-end IT projects, from initiation through to delivery\n\nDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders\n\nCreate and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports\n\nMonitor and manage project risks, issues, and change control processes\n\nFacilitate daily stand-ups, third-party providers when required\n\nEnsure that project documentation is accurate and up to date\n\nTrack KPIs and project performance against agreed success metrics\n\nConduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement\n\nRequirements and Qualifications\nEducation:\nBachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field\n\nProject management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification) preferred\n\nExperience:\n5+ years of experience managing IT projects\n\nProven experience delivering both software and infrastructure projects\n\nExperience working in Agile and/or hybrid project environments\n\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors\n\nTechnical Skills:\nProficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello)\n\nGood understanding of SDLC and infrastructure deployment processes\n\nStrong command of MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)\n\nSoft Skills:\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\n\nExcellent organizational and time management abilities\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously\n\nAnalytical thinker with attention to detail\n\nProblem-solving mindset with a focus on delivery\n\nOther Requirements\nSouth African citizenship or valid work permit (if applicable)\n\nWillingness to work flexible hours when needed\n\nAbility to travel to client sites (if
