management.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on gathering requirements, conducting gap analyses, and facilitating business change.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and solutions.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\nProven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor junior team members and lead cross-functional project teams.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and tools.\nProficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirement elicitation.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with
