This is an onsite role based in Bree Street, Cape Town CBD.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nProduce visually compelling content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, and DaVinci Resolve.\n\nApply advanced photographic techniques, including camera operation, lighting, and image composition.\n\nCollaborate closely with marketing and product teams to deliver on project requirements.\n\nManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.\n\nMaintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure brand consistency.\n\nCommunicate ideas effectively and incorporate feedback constructively.\n\nStay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.\n\nKEY PERFORMANCE AREAS\nManage and oversee the day-to-day studio workflow.\n\nEnsure a clear understanding of client briefs and see projects through to final delivery.\n\nCollaborate with team members to achieve the highest quality in imagery and video production.\n\nPerform problem-solving throughout the production process.\n\nMaintain studio equipment and ensure proper handling and care.\n\nConsistently produce high-quality visuals that meet brand standards.\n\nDeliver projects on or before agreed deadlines.\n\nDemonstrate creativity and innovation in visual solutions.\n\nWork effectively with team members and stakeholders.\n\nApply strong technical skills across relevant software platforms.\n\nIncorporate feedback effectively to improve outputs.\n\nStay informed on industry trends and evolving best practices.\n\nEnsure image quality through retouching, colour correction, alignment, and deep etching.\n\nKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)\nTimely delivery of projects in line with workflow plans.\n\nQuality and consistency of images and videos (measured by feedback and rework).\n\nEffectiveness of communication.\n\nAbility to work independently and proactively.\n\nProblem-solving capability.\n\nVolume and quality of product content creation.\n\nCOMPETENCIES REQUIRED\nKnowledge\nAdvanced knowledge of RAW image processing and retouching.\n\nExpertise in Capture One processing and colour grading.\n\nStrong understanding of digital file handling and real-time quality review.\n\nAdvanced technical knowledge of cameras, lighting, and studio setup.\n\nExperience\nMinimum 5 years' experience in digital imagery, file handling, and related software.\n\nAt least 3 years' experience in photography principles (lighting, composition, white balance, etc.).\n\nStrong digital operating experience.\n\nAdvanced RAW processing skills, including custom colour profiles and style verification.\n\nProven time management and prioritisation abilities.\n\nExcellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple
