performance.\nCollaborate with development teams to identify and resolve system issues and improve operational processes.\nEnsure system security and compliance with industry standards and best practices.\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and operational procedures.\nParticipate in on-call support rotations and incident management as needed.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience in network operations engineering, with a focus on OSS.\nStrong knowledge and experience with Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle WebCenter Content Management.\nFamiliarity with IBM WebSphere Portal, IBM MQ, and IBM LDAP.\nExperience with Kafka for data streaming and integration.\nProficiency in using ElasticSearch, LogStash, and Kibana for monitoring and log management.\nUnderstanding of CRM systems and their integration within the middleware environment.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nRelevant certifications in Oracle, IBM, or related technologies.\nExperience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.\nKnowledge of network protocols and
