From capture, process, storage to content management structures and digital workflow solutions. Understanding of Cryptographic technologies and electronic form solution would be advantageous. Working with SharePoint and managed print solutions would be beneficial but not essential.\nStrong channel management, product management and solution design experience is what would make for an ideal candidate profile.\n\nPlanning:\nGain insights into the market and competitive landscape.\nDevelop a multi-year product roadmap in partnership with the Product Portfolio Manager, focusing on criteria and prioritization.\nSupport the creation of the annual product strategy and roadmap.\nExecute assigned tasks related to the product strategy and roadmap.\nAid the sales team in formulating compelling market value propositions.\nImplement local product strategies based on market segmentation.\nPrepare accurate product forecasts.\nAssist in crafting pricing models based on ROI analysis.\nMarketing:\nDesign and conduct market research to understand customer perceptions of existing and new products, utilizing competitor analysis tools.\nCreate product collateral for both internal stakeholders and customers.\nStay informed about industry trends and competitor product developments.\nSupport ongoing product development through regular communication with customers and partners.\nProvide comprehensive market, industry, and competitive analysis.\nDevelop pricing and packaging strategies.\nCoordinate with the senior product manager to plan and execute trade shows, roadshows, and product launches.\nRepresent the company at conferences and training events as needed.\nContribute to newsletters, forums, and other events in collaboration with the senior product manager.\nProduct Management and Support:\nOversee all stages of the product lifecycle: conception, planning, development, qualification, launch, delivery, and withdrawal.\nEnsure product development aligns with company strategy.\nCreate solutions tailored to various vertical markets.\nManage product information in ERP and CRM systems, including pricing updates.\nCollaborate with the logistics team to maintain accurate stock levels and product forecasts.\nServe as the primary contact for product-related inquiries.\nEnsure product collateral and training materials are updated and accessible in the CRM system.\nProvide timely information for new products to the Marketing and Events administrator for website updates.\nVendor Management:\nBuild and sustain relationships with vendors at national and international levels.\nEnsure consistent pricing and adherence to partner agreements.\nAlign vendor strategies with the companys business goals.\nFacilitate training programs by vendors for sales, marketing, and professional service teams.\nReporting:\nAssist in compiling market share analyses from independent research sources like InfoSource and IDC.\nMonitor sales by product segment and group.\nTrack sales performance against budget and strive to exceed targets.\nReport on average selling prices and contribute to monthly business performance reviews.\nTraining and Equipping:\nCollaborate with marketing, sales, development, and customer service leaders to create effective content and tools for product sales and implementation.\nWork closely with internal and channel sales teams to develop and deliver sales tools and training.\nEnsure thorough product knowledge within the sales team through planned training and events.\nLead the product launch process for internal and external teams.\nCoach sales consultants on market planning and execution, including customer references, beta programs, sales training, and materials.\nPartner with the team to develop innovative marketing strategies and event campaigns.\nProvide the sales team with necessary product knowledge, promotional materials, and documentation.\nWork with market-facing sales and solutions consultants to align product features with client and end-user needs.\nAdditional Duties:\nAssist with strategic planning and initiatives as required.\nSupport the Project Management Office on specific tasks and projects as needed.\nUndertake any additional assignments as directed by the Head of Product ICT and Energy Solutions or other C-level
