to key stakeholders and steering committee members.\n\nResource Management\nDevelop and maintain a responsibility matrix for all stakeholders.\n\nAssign, communicate, and monitor responsibilities, ensuring accountability and progress tracking.\n\nManage supplier onboarding processes and establish performance expectations.\n\nOversee supplier engagement to ensure adherence to agreed deliverables.\n\nAct as a project resource in customer-facing projects, ensuring time tracking for billable services.\n\nMeasure project outcomes against success criteria for a minimum of three months
