frameworks, and drive test governance.\nKey Responsibilities\nLeadership & Strategy\nLead and mentor a team of QA Engineers and SDETs across multiple products and squads.\n\nDefine and implement quality engineering strategies aligned with business and technical goals.\n\nFoster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning within the QA team.\n\nTest Management & Governance\nOwn the QA lifecycle test planning, execution, automation, reporting, and defect triage.\n\nDrive automation-first testing strategies and ensure test frameworks are scalable and maintainable.\n\nEnsure QA artifacts are up to date, centralised, and aligned with audit and compliance standards.\n\nStakeholder Collaboration\nWork closely with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and Scrum Masters to define quality metrics and deliverables.\n\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives) to align QA efforts with delivery timelines.\n\nCommunicate testing progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders clearly and proactively.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nChampion best practices for software quality, testing standards, and automation.\n\nIdentify areas of improvement across QA processes and implement enhancements.\n\nStay ahead of industry trends and integrate modern QA tools and technologies into the ecosystem.\n\nTeam & Performance Management\nConduct performance reviews, set growth goals, and support the career development of QA team members.\n\nManage capacity planning and ensure team resources are aligned with project priorities.\n\nPromote team health through coaching, open communication, and supportive leadership.\n\nRequirements\n5+ years' experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.\n\nStrong background in test automation and modern QA methodologies.\n\nExperience managing QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments.\n\nFamiliarity with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JIRA, Jenkins, and similar.\n\nExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPrior experience in fintech, banking, or enterprise-grade environments is highly
