The successful incumbents goal is to acquire new\nbusiness and manage our existing retailers while analysing sales trends and reporting.\nResponsibilities (not limited to):\nVisit retail locations, including chain stores and other outlets.\nEnsure stock is displayed and priced correctly, well-stocked, and maintain high merchandising standards.\nDisplay promotional materials as permitted.\nCheck and record expiry dates.\nDocument any damaged stock.\nPlace orders for the retailer if not already done.\nAddress retailer inquiries about products and their unique selling points.\nAssist retailers with purchasing decisions and stock selection based on sales history and customer behavior.\nRetrieve stock from sales floor or inventory locations as allowed.\nHandle special orders for discounts or promotional stock with management approval.\nCollect outstanding payments if needed, particularly from smaller retailers.\nPrepare and send weekly and monthly sales reports.\nActively work to grow sales and the B2B customer database.\nHelp with scheduling and organizing store promotions.\nAssist with setup of store activations on Fridays or Saturdays.\nCommunicate and report to marketing and management teams.\nRequirements and Skills:\nStrong ability to cold call and pursue new business opportunities.\nEager to learn and contribute to a growing business.\nWillingness to travel 80% of the time (based in Gauteng, Limpopo, and Mpumalanga).\nStrong administration and reporting
