implementation.\n\nProject Support: Provide business analysis leadership in Agile and Waterfall environments, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.\n\nData-Driven Insights: Analyze trends, KPIs, and business data to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.\n\nFacilitation & Communication: Conduct workshops, presentations, and stakeholder sessions to align teams and communicate progress.\n\nMentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior analysts, share best practices, and contribute to the development of a high-performing analysis team.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nEducation:\nBachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\nMasters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) strongly preferred.\n\nExperience:\n8+ years of progressive experience in business analysis.\n\nAt least 3 years of experience leading enterprise-level initiatives.\n\nTechnical Proficiencies\nDeep understanding of business analysis methodologies (BABOK, UML, etc.).\n\nProficient in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).\n\nHands-on experience with requirements and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart).\n\nStrong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.\n\nSoft Skills\nStrategic mindset with a high level of business acumen.\n\nExceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.\n\nAdvanced problem-solving skills with the ability to drive consensus.\n\nProven leadership and mentorship capabilities.\n\nPreferred Certifications\nCertified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)\n\nPMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)\n\nAgile Business Analyst
