practices in project management, and recommend innovative approaches to drive efficiency and effectiveness.\nFoster a collaborative and positive team culture within the project management department, and promote a client-centric mindset throughout the agency.\nRequirements:\nBachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.\nMinimum of 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing agency or related industry.\nStrong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.\nProven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion.\nStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of project managers.\nProficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp.\nExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and drive resolution.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nCommitment to delivering high-quality work and driving results that exceed client
