You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.\nConfigure and customize Salesforce features, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and security settings.\nIntegrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools to ensure data integrity and seamless flow of information.\nPerform code reviews, quality assurance, and deployment activities to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of Salesforce applications.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior Salesforce developers, and assist in their professional growth and development.\nStay updated on the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively recommend enhancements and optimizations to existing solutions.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, and provide timely support and assistance to end-users as needed.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and system administrators, to deliver successful Salesforce projects on time and within budget.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce development processes, tools, and methodologies, and actively participate in knowledge sharing and team collaboration activities.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are a plus.\nProven experience as a Salesforce developer/engineer, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development and customization.\nIn-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model, with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.\nProficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs, and other Salesforce development tools and technologies.\nExperience with Salesforce integrations, including Salesforce-to-Salesforce, REST/SOAP integrations, and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nSelf-motivated and proactive, with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest Salesforce technologies and trends.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX) is preferred.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and projects
