project.\nEnsure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices.\nConduct technical feasibility studies and proof-of-concept implementations.\n\nTechnology Strategy & Roadmap:Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's overall technology strategy.\nResearch and evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on the business.\nStay abreast of industry trends and best practices in software architecture and technology.\n\nStakeholder Management:Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product managers, developers, and other IT teams.\nCommunicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nGather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.\nManage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals.\n\nTechnical Leadership & Mentoring:Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.\nConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural principles and coding standards.\nParticipate in design and code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.\n\nProject Delivery & Support:Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.\nMonitor project progress and identify and mitigate potential risks.\nEnsure timely and successful delivery of projects within budget and scope.\n\nRequirements:\n Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar senior technical role (e.g., Senior Software Engineer, Lead Engineer, Systems Architect).\n Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).\nDeep expertise in designing and implementing scalable and resilient software architectures.\nHands-on experience with a variety of technologies, including: Cloud Computing: AWS, Azure, GCP (or similar)\nProgramming Languages: Java, Python, Node.js, etc.\n Databases: Relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra)\nMicroservices Architectures: Design, development, and deployment of microservices.\nContainerization: Docker, Kubernetes\nAPI Development & Integration: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, API gateways\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.\n A passion for technology and a strong desire to learn and grow.\nExperience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code).\nExperience with data analytics and big data technologies.\nRelevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Certified Solutions Architect)\nExperience within Telco industry is a plus\n Plant UML as an additional requirem
