clients.\nProvide clients with up-to-date technical information and strategic advice.\nIdentify and highlight customer needs, offering tailored solutions.\nProduct Knowledge:\nMaintain an in-depth understanding of our client's software solutions and service offerings.\nElevate the sales teams product knowledge through comprehensive training and support.\nLead training sessions and assist franchise sales teams with product demonstrations.\nStrategic Planning:\nCollaborate with the Sales Manager to implement budgets and sales targets.\nFoster customer relationships to prepare for purchases and encourage system upgrades.\nProactively address customer objections with effective strategies.\nPresent detailed solution and cost recovery proposals based on thorough industry knowledge.\nEmploy a consultative approach in selling software solutions.\nUphold professionalism, punctuality, and courtesy in all customer interactions.\nEngage confidently in boardroom meetings as well as discussions with end-users and IT specialists.\nContinuously enhance product knowledge through ongoing training and document reviews.\nAchieve monthly sales performance targets and objectives.\nOther Assignments:\nUndertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Chief Sales Officer or other C-level
