Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.\n\nTeam Leadership and Management:\nMotivate, mentor, and manage a diverse team of technical professionals, including developers, business analysts, and quality assurance specialists. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.\n\nStakeholder Communication:\nServe as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear, transparent, and consistent communication regarding project status, risks, and dependencies. Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns promptly.\n\nRisk and Issue Management:\nProactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans and escalate critical problems to leadership as needed to prevent project disruption.\n\nProcess Improvement:\nContinuously evaluate and optimize project delivery solution being delivered, providing strategic guidance and ensuring the solution aligns with business goals and technical standards.\n\nBudget and Financial Management:\nOversee project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial forecasts are accurate and adhered to.\n\nQualifications and Skills\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nExperience:\nMinimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management or a similar delivery-focused role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical solutions.\n\nExperience managing and leading cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.\n\nTechnical Skills:\nStrong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).\n\nProficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and modern DevOps
