This is a junior-level position suited to someone who is confident, computer savvy, administratively strong, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced marketing and print environment.\nThe successful candidate will play a key support role in sourcing products, materials, suppliers, and service providers, while assisting with administration, data management, and coordination across various departments. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the potential to develop into a more senior operational or procurement role over time.\nKey Responsibilities\nSourcing & Supplier Coordination\nSource products, materials, and services based on business and client requirements.\nObtain quotations from suppliers and compare pricing, lead times, and specifications.\nBuild and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.\nAssist with supplier research and onboarding.\nFollow up on orders, deliveries, and supplier queries.\nAdministration & Data Management\nCapture and maintain accurate information across internal systems and spreadsheets.\nPrepare quotations, reports, and sourcing documentation.\nEnsure supplier records and pricing information remain up to date.\nManage filing, document control, and administrative processes.\nOperational Support\nAssist the operations and production teams with day-to-day coordination tasks.\nMonitor order progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.\nHelp ensure projects and production schedules remain on track.\nEscalate any supply, pricing, or delivery concerns promptly.\nResearch & Analysis\nConduct online research to identify suppliers, products, and industry trends.\nCompare supplier offerings and identify cost-saving opportunities.\nGather and organise information to support business decision-making.\nRequirements\nQualifications\nMatric (Grade 12) required.\nDiploma or qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, or a related field is advantageous.\nExperience\nPrevious administration, coordination, customer service, procurement support, or office experience is advantageous.\nExperience within a print, production, marketing, retail, or agency environment would be beneficial.\nNo formal sourcing or procurement experience is required; training will be provided.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong computer literacy and confidence working with technology.\nProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nComfortable learning new software and business systems.\nStrong data capturing and information management skills.\nAbility to conduct online research efficiently and accurately.\nKey Competencies\nStrong attention to detail.\nExcellent administrative and organisational skills.\nConfidence when communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving ability.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nProactive and self-motivated.\nProfessional and reliable.\nFast learner with a growth mindset.\nComfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for someone who is:\nSharp, intelligent, and highly organised.\nComfortable using computers, systems, and online tools.\nConfident speaking to suppliers and stakeholders.\nNaturally curious and resourceful when researching solutions.\nEager to learn and develop within the business.\nLooking for a long-term career opportunity with growth potential.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nAccuracy of sourcing and administrative work.\nTimely completion of sourcing requests.\nQuality and competitiveness of supplier quotations obtained.\nAccuracy of data and records maintained.\nResponsiveness and communication with suppliers and internal teams.\nAbility to meet deadlines and support operational requirements.\nWorking Environment\nThis role operates within a fast-paced marketing, print, and production environment where strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability are essential.
