They are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to support and scale their hiring efforts as the business grows.\nRole Overview\nThis role will support end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple roles and geographies. Working closely with founders and hiring managers, you will help deliver high-quality hiring outcomes while contributing to building structured, scalable recruitment processes.\nThis is an opportunity for an early-career recruiter to take on meaningful ownership and grow into a more strategic talent role.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnd-to-End Recruitment Support\nSupport internal recruitment across multiple roles\n\nProactively source and engage relevant candidates\n\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines\n\nHiring Process Coordination\nPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements\n\nScreen candidates and manage interview coordination\n\nSchedule interviews and manage candidate communication\n\nSupport offer management and hiring administration\n\nAgency & External Support\nAssist in coordinating with external recruitment partners where needed\n\nSupport management of briefs and communication with agencies\n\nVendor Expert Interview Programme\nHelp identify and coordinate interviews with software vendor experts\n\nSupport scheduling and organisation of interviews\n\nContribute to maintaining the internal knowledge base\n\nProcess & Quality\nEnsure a smooth and positive candidate experience\n\nMaintain organisation across hiring workflows\n\nContribute ideas to improve recruitment processes over time\n\nCandidate Profile\n1+ year experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)\n\nStrong interest in sourcing and engaging candidates\n\nOrganised, detail-oriented, and proactive\n\nStrong communication and coordination skills\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment\n\nEager to learn and take on increasing responsibility\n\nAble to collaborate with remote, global teams\n\nLogistics\n12-month contract as an independent consultant, with potential extension\n\nFully remote;
