Ensure all work is completed within allocated timeframes to meet both client and production deadlines.\nApply knowledge of printing processes to verify the feasibility of designs for print, make necessary color adjustments, and apply appropriate techniques for print production and file management.\nDuties\nFollow detailed job/task instructions, which may come from operations, sales, or clients.\nExecute typesetting as needed, and adjust text, artwork, or dielines according to style guides, manuals, or managerial direction.\nPrepare and deliver high-resolution PDFs, web proofs, or printed color proofs using agreed-upon workflow procedures.\nPre-flight PDFs provided via disk or system, checking dimensions, page setup, cropping, and color to match the specifications outlined in the work ticket.\nApply necessary corrections, ensuring all work complies with standards and accurately reflects requested changes.\nEnsure the correct versions, file names, and documents are delivered to the appropriate production departments.\nMaintain high-quality standards, paying close attention to color accuracy, font consistency, design elements, and final sizes per the brief.\nAccurately log all time and data into the companys system (e.g., PrintVis) for proper cost tracking.\nPerform regular file management and system organization, archiving or retrieving artwork to maintain server space.\nConduct quality checks on final artwork and prototypes before client presentations or production.\nBe available for questions or collaboration with others regarding ongoing projects.\nKey Performance Indicators\n Task Execution Following the given specifications and instructions (verbal or written).\nRepro Skills & Deadline Management Ability to manage quality and speed effectively.\nCollaboration Engage with designers, production staff, sales, and estimating teams to ensure proper project execution.\nAccuracy Attention to detail, reducing errors, maintaining organization and neatness.\nTechnical Proficiency Knowledge of software and practical skills, including working efficiently.\nProcess Adherence Follow studio and company systems and procedures.\nProductivity Efficient time management and correct time tracking on billable hours.\nPunctuality & Attendance Maintain reliable work attendance.\nAttitude Customer-focused, adaptable, and conscientious.\nOutput Consistently delivering above expectations.\nQualifications and Requirements\nA tertiary qualification in DTP or at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in DTP/production art.\nStrong understanding of the printing industry.\nBasic numeracy skills and good eyesight.\nPreferred: Experience in print, POP production, or a technical studio environment.\nAdvantageous: Proficiency in Apple Mac systems.\nExperience levels:Junior: 3 years\nMid-Level: 4-6 years\nSenior: 6+ years\n\nDesired Behaviors\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nComfortable
