The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the company’s IT infrastructure, driving digital transformation, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as AI and SAP to enhance business processes and decision-making. This role will be based at our Corporate Office in Pune and will manage a team of IT professionals across IT infrastructure, AI, and SAP domains.\nKey Responsibilities:\nStrategic Leadership:\nDevelop and execute the company’s IT strategy in alignment with SAVA Healthcare’s business goals.\nDrive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business growth.\nIdentify and implement emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the healthcare industry.\nIT Infrastructure Management:\nOversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and secure IT infrastructure.\nEnsure high availability, reliability, and performance of all IT systems and networks.\nManage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.\nAI and Data Analytics:\nLead the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions to optimize business processes and decision-making.\nEstablish a robust data governance framework to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.\nLeverage data analytics to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.\nSAP Ecosystem Management:\nOversee the implementation, ecosystems.\nStrong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and technology requirements.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nDemonstrated
